We are looking for a talented Creative Video Editor & Motion Designer who is proficient in both fields and enjoys them equally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating highly engaging video ads for social media platforms, including Facebook and YouTube, for a variety of clients.
• Editing short and long-form videos using diverse creative assets (client materials, UGC content, stock footage, and generative AI assets).
• Designing and animating attention-grabbing motion graphics.
• Collaborating with other professional and talented video editors, motion designers, art directors, and copywriters to solve creative problems and produce top-level content.
• Working with PPC campaign managers to translate ad performance data into actionable creative decisions and strategies.
• Staying updated with video and design tools, industry shifts, and social media trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and motion design skills.
• 3-5 years of professional experience working in a creative studio, advertising agency, or similar.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Work experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Veo, Nano Banana, Runway, Elevenlabs).
• Creative thinker with the ability to transform concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams.
• Multitasker with the ability to adapt, work effectively under pressure, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).

Advantages:

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe creative tools.
• Sound editing and mixing skills.
• A solid understanding of social media video marketing and online advertising principles.
