We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who knows how to surface high-quality technical profiles and turn passive talent into real conversations.
You’ll focus purely on sourcing - building the pipelines that power our hiring efforts and directly shaping how our R&D team grows.
Role details
This is a 6-month contract role with a strong intention and real opportunity to transition into a permanent position, based on performance and company growth.
Who you are:
- Sourcing is your craft - You’re comfortable diving deep into talent pools, mapping markets, and building focused pipelines for technical roles.
- You work with ownership and intensity - High standards matter, and results matter even more.
- There’s both structure and drive in the way you operate - sharp targeting, thoughtful segmentation, and consistent execution.
- R&D roles don’t intimidate you - You understand enough to recognize strong profiles, differentiate between good and great, and approach candidates with relevance.
- AI tools are part of your workflow - From refining Boolean strings to improving outreach and experimenting with sourcing tools, you look for leverage wherever you can find it.
What you’ll do:
- Own sourcing for key R&D roles across the company.
- Identify and engage passive technical candidates through focused, high-quality outreach.
- Build and maintain targeted pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean / X-ray techniques.
- Continuously improve response rates through testing, messaging optimization, and smart use of AI tools.
- Work closely with the Head of Talent while independently driving your pipelines forward.
- Deliver consistent, measurable sourcing output.
What you bring:
- 1–2 years of hands-on sourcing experience, ideally in a product company.
- Proven track record sourcing passive candidates for R&D roles.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (must).
- Solid Boolean search skills (LinkedIn + Google/X-ray).
- Practical experience using AI tools to enhance sourcing and outreach (ChatGPT, Gem, Juicebox, or similar).
- Strong written English.
- High ownership and strong execution discipline.
