A growing company based in Petah Tikva is looking for a Customer Support & Application Support Representative.

Full-time | Sunday–Thursday | 9:00–18:00

Hybrid – 1 day remote

Salary: 10,000 ILS

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Deliver application support and troubleshoot system-related issues
• Guide users and explain product features
• Work closely with internal teams

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively assist users with inquiries and concerns
• Demonstrated experience with Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive client relationships
• Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively
• Troubleshooting expertise to diagnose and resolve customer and application-related issues
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
• A customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities are essential
