Legal Counsel

We’re looking for a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging and impactful role in a growing fintech company.

What you’ll do

• Provide ongoing legal advice and support across the company
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements and legal documents
• Lead legal negotiations with clients, suppliers, and service providers
• Advise on regulatory and commercial matters

What we’re looking for

• Licensed attorney with 3–5 years of experience in commercial law
• Excellent command of English, including drafting complex legal documents – a must
• Strong business orientation and ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience or familiarity with M&A, hi-tech, technology law and privacy 
• Background in a leading law firm Hi-Tech department – a plus
• Exceptional drafting skills and high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead negotiations
• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
