Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee engineering projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role includes:

• Managing end-to-end projects, including budget control and timeline management.
• Negotiating with contractors, suppliers, and external consultants.
• Training employees on new production lines and new machines.
• Initiating and driving improvements across production facilities.
• Working closely with multiple internal and external interfaces.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Food Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the food industry or a process-based manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and project management methodologies.
• High-level English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge in instrumentation & control — strong advantage.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and negotiation skills.
