Commercial Operations Planner

Kamada, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Commercial Operations Planner to join our Israel Sales & Import team.

In this role, you will lead inventory and procurement planning, optimize product availability, and maintain high service levels ( SLA's)— all within regulated environment and in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate sales forecasts into procurement plans in alignment with inventory policies, lead times, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure optimal inventory availability while balancing service levels, stock levels, and risk management.
• Planning, monitoring, and data analysis: build and maintain reports, conduct performance analysis , and work with BI and CRM systems.
• Coordinate import processes with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers in Israel and globally, within a regulated (GMP) environment.
• Write URS specifications and support validation processes, including shipment and cold chain validations.
• Initiate, improve, and implement SOPs and operational processes.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field – mandatory.
• Proven experience in a Planner / Planning role – mandatory.
• Experience in planning, procurement, import, or supply chain – advantage.
• Experience with validation processes (especially shipment validation) – advantage.
• Familiarity with Pharma / Healthcare industry and regulatory environments – advantage.

Professional Skills

• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory.
• Experience working with information systems (CRM and BI systems – advantage).
• High level of English proficiency – mandatory.
