AI Native Senior Developer & Architect

we’re looking for a Senior Developer / Architect to lead our end-to-end AI product architecture.

We aren't just adding a chat interface, we are redefining workflows by embedding AI as the core engine of our systems. We are looking for an AI-Native technologist - someone who lives and breathes AI, masters AI tools to optimize development, and excels at building complex, high-scale AI-driven architectures.

Location: Ramat Gan (Bursa District) - On-site.

In this position, you will translate complex business needs into elegant, autonomous, and intelligent AI architectures. Your mission includes:

• Architecture & Development: Designing and implementing advanced Agentic Workflows and RAG systems.
• Full-lifecycle Leadership: Owning the process from prompting strategies and chains to cloud deployment.
• Integration & Scale: Seamlessly integrating LLMs into existing high-scale core operational systems.
• Production AI: Solving real-world challenges-monitoring, model evaluation, latency optimization, and cost management.
• Tech Leadership: Making critical decisions on our AI stack and driving innovation within the lead development team.

• Hands-on AI Experience: Proven experience building complex AI systems based on LLMs (OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, or Open Source models).
• RAG & Agents: Deep practical knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Software Engineering: 5+ years of software development experience (focus on Python and/or Node.js). Proficiency in Django, React, or WebSockets is a significant advantage.
• Independence: A proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering to full production.
