Senior Brand Manager

We are hiring: Brand Manager (Global FMCG) | Herzliya 📍

We are looking for a brilliant Brand Manager to join our team in Herzliya! This is a unique hybrid role (2 days from the office) where you will lead brand strategy in Israel while mastering complex Market Modeling and navigating a regulated environment.

The Mission:

You will be the architect of our brand’s success in Israel. From designing marketing plans and digital activations to complex market forecasting (Market Modeling), you will own the brand’s performance, SOM, and Volume targets.

What you’ll do:

• Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop marketing plans, lead innovation (NPD), and manage digital activations and pricing strategies.
• Market Modeling & Insights: Analyze consumer dynamics (Incidence & Consumption) and lead market forecasting cycles (OL, LE, ASP).
• Portfolio Excellence: Work closely with our Global HQ in Geneva to optimize our portfolio and ensure brand excellence.
• Commercial Synergy: Design trade mechanisms and ensure brand consistency across all POSM and retail touchpoints.
• Data-Driven Influence: Present Business Cases and financial recommendations to senior management, Finance, and Strategy teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: 3–5 years in Marketing/Brand Management (FMCG and Global Organizations – a major plus).
• Education: B.A. in Business Administration, Economics, or Communications.
• Language: Native-level Hebrew and Excellent English (daily collaboration with Geneva).
• Skills: High analytical capabilities, strategic mindset, and the ability to work under regulation.
• Vibe: A proactive multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic, "startup-style" atmosphere.
