Business Systems Implementer

Benatav, a leading manufacturer of miniature components for the medical device industry, is looking for a driven and technically strong Business Systems Implementer to join our team.

In this role, you will be at the center of our operational backbone, responsible for supporting, optimizing, and integrating the company’s core business systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, streamline processes, and drive automation initiatives that improve efficiency across the organization.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position combining technical expertise with business process understanding.

• Implement, maintain, and optimize core business systems (including MES, Priority ERP, EPDM, and Monday.com)
• Provide advanced technical support and serve as a key contact for system-related issues
• Troubleshoot complex problems and conduct root cause analysis
• Manage user access and system configurations
• Design and implement cross-system automations
• Develop and maintain system integrations
• Work with databases and write SQL queries to support operational needs
• Identify opportunities for continuous system and process improvement

• 1–3 years of experience in systems implementation or a similar technical role.
• Experience working with Priority ERP – strong advantage
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise systems
• Solid SQL skills and strong technical orientation
• Ability to analyze complex issues and work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Good written and spoken English
