Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager – Supply based in Herzliya.

In this position, you will manage relationships with global media publishers and traffic partners, ensuring campaign performance, scalability, and long-term strategic growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and expanding relationships with international media publishers
• Monitoring traffic quality and performance metrics
• Optimizing supply-side operations to maximize ROI
• Identifying new traffic opportunities and scaling high-performing sources
• Working closely with the demand and business development teams
• Negotiating commercial terms and maintaining long-term partnerships

This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial thinking, and a deep understanding of performance marketing dynamics.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience as an Account Manager in the ad-tech industry
• Experience in the mobile app industry (affiliate / performance marketing)
• Strong understanding of publisher management and traffic optimization
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Growth-driven and performance-focused mindset
• Highly motivated with strong negotiation and relationship skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field — advantage.
