Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for a high-tech company operating in the defense, homeland security, and aerospace sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations: receiving, storing, issuing, picking, and shipping
• Ensure accurate inventory of components, assemblies, and finished products
• Work with ERP systems (Priority – advantage)
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering
• Perform inventory counts and handle discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety, documentation, and compliance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 & defense‑industry standards
• Handle ESD‑sensitive components properly
• Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial/tech/defense environment – strong advantage
• 2 years' of warehouse experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
• Previous experience with ERP systems (Priority – advantage)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
