Nayara.ai is an early stage digital health company redefining how care is delivered. We combine advanced AI engineering, medical accuracy, and behavioural psychology to build clinical-grade AI agents that support patients and care teams across complex medical journeys.

We are building a new layer of healthcare infrastructure - intelligent, customizable, pro-active and empathetic systems that sit between patients and providers and make care work better.

We began in oncology with “Betty”, our AI companion for breast cancer patients, validated with leading institutions. Today, we are expanding into broader care pathways, working with providers and healthcare companies to automate guidance, improve adherence, and reduce operational strain.

We are a mission-driven team spanning healthcare, AI, behavioural psychology and enterprise scaling.

Our leadership includes alumni of Healthy.io, Sheba Medical Center, Terem, TytoCare, Briya, iMDsoft and Huawei. Advisors include Prof. Rachel Brem of George Washington University Hospital and leaders across oncology and digital health.

You will sit at the centre of our commercial growth, reporting directly to the CCO and working alongside the founders, AI engineers, Clinicians and Data scientists.

🔎 The Role

We are looking for a Senior BDR Manager to build and lead our outbound engine.

This is an early, foundational role for someone who is motivated to grow with the company. You will:

• Identify and engage senior stakeholders across hospitals, medical device companies, and digital health organisations
• Build thoughtful, targeted outbound campaigns
• Qualify opportunities and book high-quality enterprise meetings
• Shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
• Lay the groundwork for a scalable BDR team
• Founding sales role: starting with commission-only compensation plus substantial equity upside

🧠 Who You Are

• 5+ years in SDR/BDR or commercial roles in Healthtech 
• Fluent English (additional languages advantage)
• Relevant B.A. (MBA advantage)
• Comfortable engaging clinical and executive stakeholders
• Structured, disciplined, visionary, persistent and metrics-driven
• Strong communicator and clear writer
• Motivated to build something meaningful from the ground up
• Advantage: Experience working with US Healthcare providers
