This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Support Representative based in Holon, Israel. 

Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive, service-oriented Technical Sales Support Representative with a technical mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with customers and sales teams.

• Provide telephone support to customers, sales representatives, and field technicians in the compressed air field

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders in coordination with the sales team

• Monitor orders on an ongoing basis and provide updates to customers and sales agents

• Transfer orders to the relevant departments for further handling

Requirements:

-Technical background or strong affinity to technological environments – mandatory

-Previous experience in a similar role – advantage

-Good English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory

-Technician or Practical Engineer diploma – significant advantage

-Full proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory

-Experience working with Priority ERP system – advantage

-Strong interpersonal skills and high service orientation

-Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
