The company is developing an AI Operations Platform designed to serve as the critical infrastructure layer that translates AI capabilities into tangible product behavior. The platform orchestrates complex workflows, automations, integrations, and decisioning processes, ensuring production-grade reliability and observability. Currently operating in stealth mode, the company is focused on building a robust system where raw AI models interface with complex business logic.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Full Stack Developer based in the Tel Aviv District. You will be responsible for building core features across the server, client, and data layers of the platform, often interacting with external systems. The role involves taking ownership of complex tasks from deep investigation and research to implementation, debugging, and final delivery. You will utilize modern AI development tools to enhance productivity while maintaining strict engineering judgment and quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team through code reviews to continuously improve the codebase.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Full Stack development

Hands-on experience with Node.js (NestJS) and Next.js/React framework

Proficiency in MongoDB, including data modeling, querying, and indexing basics

Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and solve complex problems independently

Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) for coding and debugging as part of the daily workflow

Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including separation of concerns and code structuring

Strong capability in data structure design and information modeling

Advantageous Experience

Experience with external system integrations (APIs, webhooks)

Familiarity with Redis

Experience integrating LLMs or AI agents

Basic knowledge of SQL databases
