NTI is a manufacturer of rugged Ground Control Systems (GCS) and integrated solutions for drones and robotic platforms.
We are looking for a Project / Account Manager to manage customer relationships and coordinate technical projects between clients and internal R&D teams.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
• Manage projects from initial request through delivery
• Translate customer requirements into clear internal technical tasks
• Coordinate activities between customers, R&D, engineering, and production
• Track timelines, milestones, and overall project progress
• Support preparation of quotations and technical documentation
• Lead customer communications and provide regular status updates
Requirements
• Strong technical background in drones, robotics, or electronic systems
• Ability to understand complex technical products and system integration
• Experience working closely with engineering/R&D teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent English
Advantage
• Experience in UAV/robotics/defense industries
• Engineering background (electronics/mechanical/systems)
• Experience managing international technical projects
