The Role

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and take part in designing, building, and operating scalable, secure, and automated AWS-based infrastructures.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, using advanced, cloud-native technologies, and have direct interaction with customers — understanding their challenges, designing solutions, and guiding them from architecture to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Design, deploy, and maintain containerized environments using Docker & Kubernetes (EKS)
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS architectures
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide hands-on technical guidance
• Lead and support cloud modernization projects, including migrations and replatforming
• Monitor and improve system reliability using observability tools
• Troubleshoot complex production issues in dynamic, high-velocity environments
• Apply cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, networking, compliance)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production-grade cloud environments
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services - Must
• Proven experience with Terraform or other IaC tools
• Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes (EKS / K8s)
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures
• Scripting skills in Bash / Python / Go
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong communication skills and experience working with customers
• Fluent English – written and verbal

Nice to Have

• AWS Certifications (DevOps Engineer / Solutions Architect)
• Experience in customer-facing / consulting roles
• Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD)
• Experience with SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of Serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions)
