The Role

This is not a feature-factory position.

This is a foundational Product role with real ownership.

The first Product Manager will work closely with the founders, engineering, and early customers to:

• Define and articulate product vision and strategy
• Translate complex Data and AI capabilities into intuitive user workflows
• Lead discovery processes with enterprise customers
• Build and prioritize the roadmap
• Own product-market fit evolution
• Shape UX in collaboration with design and engineering
• Establish product processes and KPIs

The right person will operate at both altitude and ground level, able to think strategically while diving deep into data structures, AI behavior, and user flows.

Must Have

• Proven experience building and scaling data-driven products
• Strong hands-on understanding of Prompt Engineering
• Meaningful experience working with AI-based systems
• Outstanding UX intuition and product taste
• Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into simple user experiences
• Analytical mindset combined with strong product storytelling

Strong Advantage

• Background in Data Science, Analytics, or AI-heavy environments
• Experience working in early-stage startups
• Technical foundation that allows close collaboration with engineering
