Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer located in Kfar Manda. The User Experience Designer will focus on delivering exceptional user experiences through research, design, and implementation. Key responsibilities include creating user-friendly interfaces, developing mockups and prototypes, collaborating with developers and stakeholders on visual design and interaction strategies, and conducting user research to optimize designs. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into intuitive and scalable solutions while adhering to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mockups, Prototyping, and User Experience Design (UED)
• Strong Visual Design skills with an eye for detail and usability
• Basic experience or understanding of Front-End Development
• Knowledge of usability principles and user research methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and an understanding of design systems is a plus
• Industry experince is valued.
