This position will be based in our office in Israel (Airport City), reporting to CEO Israel.

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the Regulation and ISO domain within the company in Israel. The role includes full responsibility for managing, leading, and implementing regulatory processes and ISO standards, working closely with all company departments and external consultants.

This is an independent role with broad cross-functional interfaces, involving process design, monitoring and control, leading internal and external audits, and continuous improvement of procedures and workflows.

In addition, the role will include leading cross-organizational and operational projects according to company needs.

Key Responsibilities

Regulation & ISO

• Overall responsibility for the company’s compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage ISO certification and maintenance processes.
• Draft, update, and implement procedures and work processes.
• Prepare for and accompany internal and external audits.
• Ongoing work with regulatory authorities and auditing bodies.
• Risk management, gap analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
  
  

Cross-Organizational Project Management

• Lead cross-departmental organizational projects in Israel.
• Coordinate between interfaces: R&D, Operations, Finance, HR, and others.
• Build work plans, timelines, and track execution.
• Drive operational process improvements and organizational efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in regulation and/or leading ISO processes in a technology organization – mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards requirements and the ability to lead end-to-end processes independently.
• Experience managing cross-organizational projects.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in programming and advanced use of information systems; experience with Microsoft BC is an advantage
