Technical Infrastructure Manager

A fast-growing, innovative company is seeking a Technical & Infrastructure Lead to oversee site technical infrastructure and support production scale-up activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee technical site infrastructure and facility readiness.
Coordinate building services in collaboration with external providers.
Lead preventive maintenance programs and ensure equipment reliability.
Support production line setup, reactivation, and optimization.
Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment layout and operational protocols.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and environmental regulations.

Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s – advantage).
5+ years of experience in technical site management or manufacturing environments.
Strong background in maintenance, infrastructure, and production support.
Experience working with cleanrooms, or critical manufacturing equipment — advantage.
Familiarity with EHS standards and compliance.
