We are currently seeking a Head of Payroll for a key and impactful leadership role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of payroll accountants

• Oversee payroll controls, reports, and reconciliations

• Ongoing work with clients

• Drive process improvements and implement professional standards within the department

Requirements

• Certified Payroll Accountant – mandatory

• Significant experience managing a payroll department and/or leading a team

• Proven experience handling payroll for multiple companies in parallel

• Advanced Excel skills

• In-depth knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations

• Strong leadership capabilities, organizational skills, and systemic thinking
