Operations and Logistics Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager to lead day to day operational execution across logistics, fulfillment and marketplace operations in an international e-commerce environment.

This role focuses on structured execution, supplier coordination and operational reliability as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Fulfillment

• Manage daily relationship with 3PL and logistics partners

 • Oversee inbound, outbound and cross border shipment flows

 • Coordinate linehaul execution and monitor SLA performance

 • Ensure order accuracy, tracking integrity and returns handling

 • Resolve operational issues in a structured and timely manner

Marketplace Operational Execution

• Own operational onboarding for marketplaces and brands

 • Improve time to go live

 • Manage operational tickets and marketplace complaints

 • Investigate root causes with 3PL, Rithum and Tech

 • Monitor product live rate and reduce mapping errors

Operational Systems & Data

• Work hands on with ERP for orders and inventory management

 • Oversee operational data flows across Rithum and marketplace platforms

 • Ensure catalog and operational data accuracy

 • Drive practical process improvements and operational automation

Required Experience

• 4 to 7 years of experience in operations within an international operational environment

 • Experience working with 3PL or fulfillment partners

 • Experience in ecommerce or marketplace environments – advantage

 • Strong English, written and spoken – must 

 • Experience coordinating cross border logistics 

 • Hands on operational experience working with ERP systems
