EnoLED is a lighting technology company selling advanced LED solutions across the United States. We design and market technical lighting products for distributors, professionals, and direct-to-consumer customers. We operate two growing brands, one B2B and one e-commerce focused, both targeting the US market.

Role Description

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role with ownership over marketing execution across two brands.

Lead and coordinate the marketing team

Manage Shopify performance and CRO

Own paid campaigns across Meta and Google

Oversee SEO and content strategy

Create content and manage marketing videos for campaigns and social media

Support product launches and go-to-market execution

Manage both online and selected offline marketing initiatives

Hybrid position with 1–2 days per week from home.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on Shopify experience

• Proven paid campaign management on Meta and Google

• Experience marketing physical, preferably technical products

• Hands-on content creation experience (written and video)

• Excellent English communication skills

• Commercial mindset focused on measurable growth
