About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team in Isreal, as a Talent Acquisition. This multifaceted role will be the heart of our Israel office managing the full recruitment cycle.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our growing team and maintaining our vibrant company culture. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop within the HR function at Glassbox, with potential for increased responsibility and specialization as the company expands.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial kickoff meetings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, managing the candidate experience, and coordinating offers.

Utilize Greenhouse (our ATS) to track and manage all recruitment activities.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Conduct reference checks and manage onboarding paperwork for new hires.

Qualifications

2+ year of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience With Greenhouse (or Other ATS) Is Highly Preferred.

Experience managing travel arrangements is a plus.
