Role Summary

We are seeking a senior Workday HCM Lead to drive the technological aspects of Organizational Foundations, including headcount management, job architecture, organizational structure, skills model, and compensation foundations.

Our integration partner leads the discovery workshops — this role is responsible for leading the technical side, including integrations, data governance, and technical design.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and lead the IT perspective in discovery workshops covering organizational structure, headcount management, job architecture, skills model, and compensation foundations.
• Own functional and technical decisions while ensuring global scalability and consistency.
• Lead the design and management of integrations for organizational foundational data into other systems.
• Drive testing, issue management, and maintain architectural consistency.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and the integration partner on standards and architecture.
• Ensure future growth capability of the organizational structure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR Tech / HRIS.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday, specializing in HCM Foundations.
• Proven experience leading Workday in large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of organizational structures, job architecture, and compensation dependencies.
• Experience in global and multi-country environments.
• Excellent English proficiency.

Preferred / Advantageous

• Experience with Oracle HCM.
• Workday certifications.
