We are currently seeking a highly skilled Assistant Controller to join our global finance team and play a key role in supporting and strengthening our international operations.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial reporting, controls, and budgeting processes across global operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Prepare monthly reports, including cash flow, international subsidiaries’ activity, and management reporting
• Manage daily cash flow, maintain ongoing relationships with banks, and perform financial and analytical analysis
• Work closely with banking supervisors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
• Prepare annual tax filings and reports
• Perform ongoing financial and analytical analysis to support decision-making
• Participate in annual budget preparation and perform budget vs. actual monitoring and control
• Collaborate with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – mandatory
• Experience as an Assistant Controller within an industrial or manufacturing environment – an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
• High-level English – mandatory
• Experience with accounting and financial systems
• Strong teamwork skills, sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
