Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rehovot, Israel, for a Quality Assurance Inspector. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, conducting thorough inspections of electronic and mechanical products and systems, and performing quality audits. They will ensure compliance with quality standards, identify potential issues, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain consistent product excellence. Daily activities include maintaining accurate documentation, testing equipment, and collaborating with internal teams to address quality-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on integrated hardware–software–mechanical systems
• Inspect electronic boards, electrical components, and complex assemblies
• Conduct incoming inspections for supplier products and prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs) as required
• Perform visual, functional, and precise measurement inspections
• Read technical drawings and understand manufacturing and assembly requirements
• Use precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
• Complete inspection reports, NCRs, and initiate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Procurement teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 requirements

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
• Knowledge and experience in electronics inspection: boards, components, batteries
• Technical understanding of mechanics and mechanical assemblies
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring tools (caliper, micrometer)
• Familiarity with quality processes: non-conformities, inspection reports, corrective actions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and data tracking
• Good technical English (reading and writing)
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Advantages

• Experience in defense industry companies or advanced manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with IPC standards – an advantage

מילוי דוחות ביקורת, דוחות חריגה (NCR) ופתיחת פעולות מתקנות/מונעות (CAPA)

עבודה מול מחלקות ייצור, הנדסה ורכש לצורך פתרון בעיות איכות

הקפדה על נהלים ועמידה בדרישות תקן ISO9001

דרישות התפקיד

ניסיון קודם בתחום האיכות / בקרת איכות 

ידע וניסיון בבדיקות בתחום האלקטרוניקה: כרטיסים, רכיבים, סוללות

הבנה טכנית במכאניקה והרכבות מכאניות

יכולת קריאת שרטוטים טכניים

ניסיון במדידות עם כלי מדידה מדויקים (קליבר, מיקרומטר)

היכרות עם תהליכי איכות: אי התאמות, דוחות ביקורת, פעולות מתקנות

שליטה בתוכנות מחשב Office (Word, Excel) לצורך תיעוד, דוחות ומעקב נתונים

אנגלית טכנית ברמה טובה (קריאה וכתיבה)

סדר, דיוק, אחריות ויכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות
