Your Impact

Align customer opportunities with a forward-looking, 3–5 year cross-architectural vision, steering conversations beyond features and toward meaningful business outcomes. Partner with Sales teams throughout the pre-sales cycle, designing high-level solutions across Cisco’s extensive portfolio, including Switching, Routing, Wireless, DC/AI, Security, and Observability. Act as the Voice of the Customer by serving as a vital link between the field and Cisco’s Business Units and Marketing, providing invaluable feedback that shapes future Cisco products. Lead deep-dive POCs and technical workshops to introduce and validate new networking and infrastructure technologies in the market. Maintain a keen understanding of the competitive landscape to effectively position Cisco’s unique differentiation. Prepare model RFPs and deliver technical training, empowering our partners to refine their technical offerings and go-to-market strategies. Escort critical post-sales issues by collaborating closely with internal teams, ensuring customers achieve long-term success.

Minimum Qualifications

• The Expert: You bring 5+ years of pre-sales engineering or customer-facing technical leadership experience.
• Technically Fearless: You have a deep understanding of Cisco’s core architectures (Catalyst/Nexus, SD-WAN, WiFi 6/7) and a passion for emerging trends in AI-driven networking and Cloud Security.
• Executive Communication & Storytelling: The ability to distill complex technical architectures into compelling, value-based narratives that resonate with C-suite executives and non-technical participants.
• Strategic Influence & Collaboration: A proven track record of working cross-functionally with Sales, Business Units, and Partners to navigate high-stakes negotiations and drive collective success.
• Autonomous & Collaborative: You are a self-starter who thrives in remote/autonomous environments but understands that the best solutions are built through teamwork.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• Certifications: CCIE (Enterprise, Data Center, or Security) or equivalent expert-level knowledge is highly preferred
• Dynamic Presentation Excellence: Adept at delivering high-impact demonstrations and technical workshops, both virtually and in-person, with the ability to handle Q&A with poise.
• Language: Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal) is required
