The Mission

We are looking for a Hands-on Technological Partner to lead our R&D strategy and build our core intelligence engines.

The foundation is set (the virtual world exists). Your mission is to build the intelligence layer on top of it: A data-driven intelligence layer that bridges the gap between spatial computing and human psychology.

You won't just be maintaining code; you will be architecting the bridge between human psychology and data.

Who You Are?

You are a Hands-on Leader.

The Builder: You are not afraid of a blank canvas. You can write the first lines of code for a new engine and set up scalable cloud architectures from scratch.

The Researcher: You love diving into complex, unsolved problems (like quantifying empathy or social dynamics) and turning theory into a working product.

The Leader: You have experience leading projects or tech teams (Tech Lead/Team Lead). You have the vision to build and lead our future R&D team, but you are ready to be a "one-person army" for now.

The Toolkit We Need

Tech Versatility: Strong Full Stack / Backend expertise. Ability to build scalable cloud architectures that support real-time data processing.

Data & AI Mindset: Practical experience building Data Pipelines and working with LLMs/Models. You understand how to turn human behavior into actionable data.

3D/Gaming Affinity: Familiarity with Unity/C# is a massive plus. Our platform is spatial, and understanding real-time 3D environments is key.

Startup DNA: You are resilient, creative, and driven by impact.
