Job Description

• Expand Legit's security detection and prevention capabilities and code them into the platform – such as new detection patterns, new security policies, vulnerability correlations and more.
• Analyze or respond to new security threats and incidents and develop means to help our customer detect and prevent them.
• Build tests, benchmark and analyze the effectiveness and quality of our security scanning capabilities and assist with decision making on new capabilities.
• Perform analysis on customer data and environments to provide security insights and recommendations, present them internally and with customers
• Articulate and write security content such as guides, remediation steps and security insights into the Legit Product. Contribute thought leadership pieces like blogs and social media publications and marketing activities.

We are looking for someone who

• Is hungry and looking to join a small team and have a high impact on the company.
• Can be focused by maintaining a good balance of moving fast without compromising what’s important.
• Has basic familiarity with development ecosystems (Git, APIs, etc.) and with cybersecurity concepts (vulnerabilities, etc.)
• Has the ability to perform basic (AI assisted) coding like scripting building internal tools, etc. and is willing to improve skills as a developer
• Is fluent in written and spoken English
