Role Overview

As a Training Developer, you will lead the development, delivery, and implementation of learning solutions for organizational information systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and developing training materials and learning processes

• Delivering instructor-led training sessions

• Supporting system implementations and user adoption

• Creating traditional and digital learning products

• Producing e-learning modules, presentations, and interactive content

• Working with graphic and digital authoring tools

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in computer systems training (non-military experience)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing learning processes and training products (traditional & digital)

• Experience producing e-learning modules and presentations

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Illustrator

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Experience training and implementing large-scale enterprise applications
