A Government organization seeking an experienced PMO – Procurement & Tenders to join its Digital Technologies & Data Division.

This role combines project governance, procurement oversight, and quality control across large-scale public sector projects.

Role Overview

The PMO will play a key role in managing procurement activities within technological projects and ensuring high standards of project governance.

Key responsibilities:

Leading procurement-related processes within technology projects

Ensuring compliance with public procurement laws and Accountant General regulations

Monitoring project quality, timelines, and governance standards

Supporting project managers with reporting, controls, and process alignment

Data analysis and performance tracking using Excel and BI tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a PMO role

• Strong knowledge of Israeli Public Procurement Law and Accountant General regulations

• Experience working in the public/government sector

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools

• Familiarity with PMBOK

• Relevant certification (PMP / CAPM / PMO-CP or equivalent)
