We are building an AI-powered decision system that autonomously translates large-scale emotional reactions to content into measurable commercial outcomes. Unlike traditional focus groups, our platform operates without human moderation or manual interpretation. It processes raw behavioral data at scale, generates probabilistic emotional signals, and turns them into structured, decision-ready outputs tied to real performance KPIs.

The core engineering challenge is not training a model. It is building a production-grade system that can take noisy, non-deterministic emotional signals and convert them into reliable, commercially actionable decisions. This means handling uncertainty explicitly, maintaining signal integrity across diverse cohorts, and ensuring outputs remain stable under real-world conditions.

We are looking for a Tech Lead to own this transition and architect the system that bridges emotional inference and real-world business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own the technical architecture end-to-end
• Design and build production-grade systems around ML components
• Build scalable ingestion and processing pipelines for large-scale behavioral data
• Translate probabilistic model outputs into stable, interpretable decision layers
• Design feedback loops that tie model outputs to real-world performance metrics
• Make pragmatic engineering decisions under uncertainty and evolving constraints
• Initially operate hands-on, with the opportunity to build and lead a high-caliber engineering team

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong system design and production architecture skills
• Experience taking complex systems from prototype to production
• Experience working closely with ML or algorithm teams
• Experience with managing systems that operate in production environments under continuous load, with emphasis on high scale systems that serve a large user base of at least 1000 concurrent users

• Experience building large-scale data processing systems
• Experience deploying ML-powered products in customer-facing environments
• Experience working with video or behavioral signal pipelines
