to lead the Planning & Statutory Permitting function in a senior and impactful role within the real estate and urban renewal sector.

If you have proven experience advancing zoning plans and leading permitting processes through building approvals –

What will you do?
- Establish, develop, and manage the Planning & Permitting department.
- Lead statutory planning and permitting processes across entrepreneurial, national, and urban renewal projects.
- Work closely with planning authorities, statutory committees, and relevant institutions.
- Manage planning workflows with external consultants and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Partner with executive management and project managers to ensure optimal project progress.
What should you bring?
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in planning and permitting management.
- Proven track record in advancing zoning plans through full permitting to building permits.
- Deep knowledge of planning and construction regulations and related legislation.
- Experience managing teams and consultants.
- Proficiency in CAD and Office tools.
Location: Modi’in, with relocation to Rosh HaAyin after approximately six months.
