We’re Hiring: IT Hardware Support
We are looking for a skilled and service‑oriented IT Hardware Support Specialist to join our team.
What will you do?
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and solutions for hardware issues
• Support and maintain printing systems and related equipment
• Set up and maintain multimedia-enabled meeting rooms
What do you bring?
• Computer Technician certification -an advantage
• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT hardware support
• Strong experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals (monitors, docking stations, KVM, adapters, mice, HDDs)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with printers (installation & troubleshooting) - an advantage
• Experience with multimedia/AV systems in conference rooms - an advantage
