Senior Content Manager

Guardz is looking for a creative, hands-on Content Manager to join our marketing team and drive high-impact content across channels. This is an individual contributor role for someone who loves creating, building, and executing - turning complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling stories that drive brand awareness and pipeline.

You'll work in a fast-paced, AI-native environment, using advanced AI tools to increase quality, speed, and scale. We're looking for someone proactive and resourceful, who can take ownership of projects from idea to execution and bring fresh, independent thinking to the table.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content across formats, including blogs, website copy, ad copy, video scripts, product materials, case studies, sales enablement assets, email campaigns, and social content
• Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging messaging for target audiences
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, drafting, optimization, and content repurposing
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to develop relevant and impactful materials
• Proactively identify new content opportunities aligned with marketing and business goals
• Manage content timelines and ensure consistent publishing cadence
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing (B2B SaaS experience required; cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage)
• Exceptional English writing and storytelling skills
• High proficiency in AI tools for content creation and productivity
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage projects end-to-end independently
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable generating original ideas
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
