This role blends strategic media thinking with hands-on.

You’ll work closely with the performance marketing team to craft compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with audiences and elevate Yves Rocher’s presence across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Creating performance-driven creative for paid social channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Take part in the full creative lifecycle: ideation, briefing, asset production, testing, iteration, and performance review.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners (creative, media, production) to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
• Help develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and visual directions based on performance data and brand guidelines.
• Contribute to structured testing frameworks and help maintain organized, repeatable creative work.
• Analyze campaign results to identify strong creatives, messaging angles, audiences, and optimization opportunities.
• Stay up to date on paid social trends, emerging formats, platform updates, audience behavior, and new AI-powered tools.
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience in creative or social roles.
• Proven editing skills and exprience working with creative editing tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Creative intuition and strong storytelling skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English skills - written and spoken.

• Exprience working with performance marketing teams.
• Hands-on experience in creative production.
• Experience with AI tools for creative research or content generation.
