Job Description:

• Leading the municipal data strategy in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Planning and managing Data Lake and Data Warehouse projects, including direct team management and cross-departmental initiatives
• Working closely with the municipal analytics team to develop data-driven deliverables
• Planning, transporting, ingesting, processing, and refining organizational data while ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with information security guidelines
• Data modeling and defining cross-organizational data entities, developing data-based solutions and applications

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant domain (Data Lake projects, Data Warehouse, or cross-organizational data initiatives)
• Proven experience managing technological projects and working with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in data planning, transport, and refinement, including deep understanding of ETL processes
• Ability to develop data-driven products and models, with knowledge of cross-organizational data modeling
• Strong management, communication, and partnership-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in municipal or public sector organizations – advantage
• Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence systems – advantage
• Experience working with modern data tools (Big Data, Cloud, SQL, NoSQL) – advantage
