Role Description

A new private equity real estate holdings platform is seeking highly experienced and well-connected founding partner to

co-lead the fund with the CEO.

The focus of the platform:

control acquisitions of private real estate companies with significant value-add potential.

Partner – Roles & Responsibilities:

• Full participation in determining the fund's vision and investment strategy

• Served as a member of the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors

• Led mergers & acquisitions and strategic investment initiatives in close collaboration with the CEO, driving growth and value creation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in M&A / corporate acquisitions

• Hands-on in financial modeling, due diligence, company valuations, risk assessment, stress tests / sensitivity analysis

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset – ability to originate and drive transactions, build investment processes, and operate hands-on

• Proven experience serving on Investment Committees or similar senior investment decision-making roles

• Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Big Four transaction advisory is a strong advantage

• Proven ability to raise institutional capital is a major advantage

•Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to raising institutional capital is an advantage
