About the role

We're looking for a talented, creative UI Designer with a deep passion for native mobile experiences to join our Digital team at R&D Labs. In this role, you'll own the visual language of the IBI SMART app - breaking down complex interfaces and transforming them into clean, premium, and intuitive experiences. This position demands execution at the highest level, close collaboration with product managers and development teams, and full ownership of the visual output — from the first sketch to the last pixel in code.

Responsibilities

• Design complex native mobile interfaces (iOS & Android) that are clean, premium, and pixel-perfect - adhering to Apple and Google platform standards.
• Build and maintain the organization's Design System, ensuring visual consistency across the entire app.
• Lead ongoing UI iteration cycles driven by usage data, user feedback, and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers across the full product lifecycle -from ideation to handoff.
• Create advanced Figma prototypes for user testing and development specs, and oversee implementation to ensure design accuracy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience designing native mobile apps (iOS & Android), ideally from a leading design studio or product company.
• Experience supporting live, high-volume products - including feature rollouts and iterating on existing interfaces.
• Expert-level Figma skills - Components, Variables, Auto Layout, and complex prototyping - with hands-on Design System experience.
• Deep understanding of native development constraints: touch gestures, screen resolutions, and platform-specific behaviors.
• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or banking - a significant advantage.
