Vice President of Media & Client Relations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Media & Client Management to lead our performance media operations and manage key client relationships. This is a senior, high-impact role with real growth potential, including the option for partnership.

• Lead, guide and manage the performance marketing department
• Oversee client relationships and strategic account management
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital media buying campaigns
• Manage offline media buying (TV, radio, print, outdoor, etc.)
• Develop data-driven media strategies aligned with business goals
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver measurable results

• 6–7 years of proven experience in digital media and performance marketing, preferably in media agencies and/or digital companies
• Previous experience in offline media buying (even if limited)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• High level of independence, responsibility, and leadership
• AI Fluency
• Experience with productivity, analytics and ad management systems
