About the role

 We are looking for an experienced Program Manager for an outsourcing position at a leading, Tier-1 financial institution based in Tel Aviv. You will be part of the OCIO Program Management group, driving high-impact, cross-organizational technological and business transformations.

Role Description

• Strategic Leadership: Lead large-scale, cross-organizational business-technological programs with a direct impact on the bank’s strategic goals.
• End-to-End Management: Own the full project lifecycle (E2E)—from initial planning and execution to monitoring and delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with all levels of management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Drive and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
• Governance & Metrics: Define project goals, milestones, KPIs, and risk management strategies while maintaining rigorous management routines.
• Agile Environment: Thrive in a dynamic setting, championing Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience managing complex technological projects within large organizations (Financial/Banking sector preferred).
