Computer Vision & Machine Learning Algorithm Developer – Leading Defense Company
📍 Rehovot
Role Description:
▪ Develop advanced algorithms for image understanding and analysis in the fields of Computer Vision and AI
▪ Work within the Image Processing group of the ISTAR & EW division on high‑power laser systems and innovative AI solutions
▪ Participate in the design and implementation of operational intelligence and surveillance systems
▪ Collaborate closely with system and software teams
▪ Lead independent research and algorithm development tasks
▪ Contribute to system-level understanding and integration of complex solutions within large, multidisciplinary systems
Requirements:
▪ M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
▪ 7+ years of experience in Image Processing / Computer Vision / Machine Learning
▪ Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python
▪ Hands-on experience in Deep Learning
▪ Ability to work both within a team and independently lead tasks
▪ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
▪ High motivation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
▪ Excellent interpersonal skills
▪ Knowledge in GPU Programming – an advantage
