Project Manager

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle, ski & crew helmets, is looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to join its Product department.

Full-time position in a hybrid model (from company’s offices at Raa ’nana /from home), reporting to the Project Manager Team Leader.

Job Description

The Project Manager will take full ownership over Cardo’s multidisciplinary development projects, including planning, overseeing, and tracking end-to-end cross-department initiatives, under the supervision of the Project Manager Team Leader.

Cardo’s projects involve all product aspects, such as mechanics, hardware, software, NPI, and collaboration with external partners and customers.

The Project Manager will monitor and summarize project progress on a weekly basis, proactively identify risks, and suggest creative solutions to mitigate issues and resolve unexpected delays.

The role requires close interaction with multiple internal stakeholders, external partners, and the ability to manage several moving project parts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Coordinate between internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure on-time delivery of tasks and milestones
• Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and adjustments
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation
• Track and analyze project performance to ensure successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Ensure the integrity and alignment of project plans across all functions
