Log-On Software is hiring a Recruiting Team Lead to lead and manage our sourcing team

About the role:

Day-to-day management and professional leadership of the sourcing team
Training, mentoring, and continuous development of team members
Using advanced AI tools to identify and source top tech talent
Monitoring quality, pace, and achievement of sourcing targets

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in tech sourcing – Must
Previous leadership or management experience – an advantage
Experience working in a software house – a significant advantage
Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and AI-based recruitment solutions
Highly organized, proactive, and strong leadership capabilities
