Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Operations Specialist, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day HR activities, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel matters. You'll also take on key operational and financial responsibilities — from managing salaries and liaising with accountants to basic bookkeeping and reporting, including the operational side of sending items to the shelters.

This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a vital part in keeping the company running smoothly as we grow.

Qualifications

• You're a true pet lover
• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of personnel management
• Strong administrative and office operations skills
• Familiarity with financial processes (payroll, accounting coordination, expense tracking)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• High proficiency in English (The interview is in English)
• Proficient in HR software and office tools – Advantage
• Previous experience in HR, finance, or operations roles – Advantage

Salary for junior candidates: 8,000-10,000 Shekels
