Job Description:

• Ongoing maintenance and operation of the bank’s prepaid card systems
• Handling system-related incidents, providing technical support, and ongoing collaboration with vendors locally and abroad to resolve issues
• Performing sanity checks after version upgrades, log investigation, and root cause analysis
• Defining monitoring and control mechanisms to detect failures and prevent incidents
• Availability for system-related incidents after working hours according to an on-call rotation
• Ongoing work with business clients, providing support and responding to inquiries

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in an Enterprise organization
• Familiarity with Oracle databases – mandatory
• Ability to analyze logs
• Experience in Microsoft environments:
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 – advantage
• Active Directory – advantage
• Experience in ongoing infrastructure-side system maintenance (Windows Servers) – advantage
• Experience in operating application systems – significant advantage
• Experience managing application systems and banking systems – advantage
• Experience in virtual environments, preferably VMware – advantage
• Familiarity with architecture and basic concepts in system-to-system communication
• Ability to work with multiple interfaces simultaneously
• High service orientation, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team members
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good writing skills for drafting procedures and work processes
• Fast and independent learning ability
• Technical background and technological aptitude
• High-level English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory
• Experience in the banking domain – significant advantage
