We’re looking for an Operations Specialist who will work hand in hand with the fund's CEO.

Lucid Capital is a tech fund that specializes in deep tech investments in both public and private companies. Lucid is among the world’s pioneering funds - and the first Israeli fund - to combine both VC and hedge-fund models.

Responsibilities:​

• Oversee fund redemptions and deposits, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
• Maintain communication and relationships with the fund's investors. 
• Handle the fund's daily operations and cash flows across multiple banks and brokers.
• Monitor portfolio risks and address any emerging issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for the fund administrator (e.g., NAV, Tzur), including managing monthly NAV calculations.
• Manage the fund's CRM system (HubSpot) and coordinate marketing activities

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in financial institutions' back-office operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with KYC, FATCA, and financial regulations.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly dependable.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in creating and using basic Excel pivot tables
