Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development and implementation projects in a dynamic high-tech environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex customer-facing projects that include hardware (HW) and software (SW) components, system integrations, field deployments, and post-deployment tracking.

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and expertise in modern program management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end program planning and execution across teams and partners
• Create and maintain integrated project plans using tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, Monday or equivalent
• Ensure project goals, budget, deliverables, quality and timelines are met
• Facilitate regular status meetings, stand-ups, and milestone reviews
• Provide clear and concise weekly status reports to stakeholders and executive management
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across teams, removing roadblocks and enabling collaboration
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful execution
  
  

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in a HW&SW oriented high-tech environment
• Strong understanding of product development life cycles, from concept to release
• Proficiency with program/project management tools such as JIRA, Monday, MS Project, or equivalent
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Technical background (e.g., B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
