Compliance & Regulation Officer

PassportCard Relocation is looking for a Compliance & Regulation Officer with up to two years of experience.

This role is also open to junior candidates with relevant academic background, strong motivation, and a desire to grow and develop in the fields of compliance and regulation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining compliance and regulatory procedures
• Performing ongoing controls, monitoring corrective actions, and deriving lessons learned
• Assisting in the preparation of regulatory reports, internal audit reports, and periodic reports
• Handling and coordinating public inquiries / policyholder complaints (Ombudsman), including documentation, tracking, and root cause analysis
• Supporting privacy and data protection activities in collaboration with the DPO and internal audit functions
• Working closely with internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Quality Assurance, and Internal Audit

Requirements:

• LL.B degree and a valid Israeli Bar license – mandatory
• Experience in compliance, regulation, or audit – significant advantage
• Familiarity with insurance regulation – advantage
• Knowledge of SOX, internal audit, and compliance frameworks – advantage
• Understanding of and interest in privacy and data protection
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and systemic thinking
• Ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, and maintain strong interpersonal relationships

This is a full-time, office-based position in Netanya, 5 days a week.
