PassportCard Relocation is looking for a Compliance & Regulation Officer with up to two years of experience.

This role is also open to junior candidates with relevant academic background, strong motivation, and a desire to grow and develop in the fields of compliance and regulation.

Role & Responsibilities:

Implementing and maintaining compliance and regulatory procedures
Performing ongoing controls, monitoring corrective actions, and deriving lessons learned
Assisting in the preparation of regulatory reports, internal audit reports, and periodic reports
Handling and coordinating public inquiries / policyholder complaints (Ombudsman), including documentation, tracking, and root cause analysis
Supporting privacy and data protection activities in collaboration with the DPO and internal audit functions
Working closely with internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Quality Assurance, and Internal Audit

Requirements:

LL.B degree and a valid Israeli Bar license – mandatory
Experience in compliance, regulation, or audit – significant advantage
Familiarity with insurance regulation – advantage
Knowledge of SOX, internal audit, and compliance frameworks – advantage
Understanding of and interest in privacy and data protection
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and systemic thinking
Ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, and maintain strong interpersonal relationships

This is a full-time, office-based position in Netanya, 5 days a week.
